Which is better and why?: Fiverr or SEOClerks?

I recall one SEO course that did a comparison test of Fiverr and WicketFire freelancer backlinks, he found the latter to give much better results (st s higher price), so much Fiverr stuff is bot automated or outsourced to 3rd world people who may not even speak your language.
