I can't follow anyone on instagram?
I unfollowed to many people at a time. Will I be not able to follow forever?

Have you been following a bunch of people at one time? If so, that may be your problem. Wait about 15-30 minutes and then try again. If that fails, try logging off and logging back on. Hope this helped!
