Cant do anything at with this internet?

So, i have a computer, and every weekday i go to my dads office from 8 am to 7 pm for homeschooling, when im finished im free to do what I want. But the internet here wont let me. For example ill try playing some game that requires internet, but i cant, yet it will let me do everything else. Like it just wont let me play games with my friends online. Can anybody help?

Well if you try it home and have access to the website, then it may just be the policy the location has. It may be possible that the wireless access is configured to block connections to game sites or other sites deemed inappropriate. If the problem still stands no matter where you are then it's possible to be parental control.

There may be a firewall that's blocking access to the necessary IP. It's possible that your dad (or someone he knows) has set it up this way intentionally - ask him about it.
