How do I remove 'pages' list from showing up on my facebook profile?

Right, my facebook profile is private(to strangers) so it doesn't show friends or any of my wall posts but it does show 'pages' (pages I have become a fan of) I just wanted to know how I can get rid of this from showing up on my facebook profile.

Oh and could you tell me how I can get my friends list back onto my profile?

To get rid of showing your friends what you become a fan of, you just put your cursor over your activity. Then, to the right of it, there should be a gray button that says remove. Just click that button.
Make sure you are on your profile, first.
