Good free blog website?

I want to start a blog about teaching on a limited budget. What would be a good free site to do it? I'm not looking to get paid for it or have it become famous or anything. I just want to share the ideas I'm finally not too stressed to have.

To start free blog you dont need money, youll need time and skills to make it work.
Later on if you want to promote your website you can consider some tiny buget.

Blogger is good if you are going to use it to try and make money because google try give preferances to its own blog sites.

Wordpress is also good and in my opinion easier to use than blogger is.
