internet really slow around 10 pm?

I've been using wifi on mobile. I am the only one using internet at the moment. I was watching a show in HQ format when it just stopped at halfway and won't go anymore. Internet hasn't been used up either. It just gets really slow around this time and then works perfectly during daytime. What is the cause of this?

It's easy as this, you see the 10pm is the time of the day when the internet is used the most and that's why you see the decreases in speed
