What are good tactics while playing assassin?

We're playing assassin at our high school and everyone seems to be getting their targets except for my partner and I. If you ever played how did you get your targets? Did you have special tactics? How did you figure out where your person lived if no one else knows? This could be VERY helpful.

Never played it, never will. Though if you know your target, be careful getting information on him/her as you don't know and must assume that you don't know who might ally themselves with the target. Though the easiest way to find someone's info is to "stalk" them on Facebook or some other social media site. Also you must constantly mind your surroundings, as you also must assume that you're being watched (since it could ruin any ambush you might plan).

But if he/she walks home from school then you could set a trap on their route and take them out then. Though the person that has the best chance of assassinating the target is usually the one with either the short-ranged nerf gun and top-notch reflexes or the camper with the long-range nerf gun modded with an air compressor.

Well even if you don't know where the other person lives, you must know where he hangs out, right? Just ask his friends ot try to deduce his habits by checking out his Facebook page or something. I think that your best bet is getting him while he is out in the open and away from his home so that he won't see you coming. He will be expecting you to get him as he leaves his house and he will be very cautious while doing so. He won't be expecting you when he is headed to school or when he is going to meet his friends, catch a movie or whatever. There is a great guide for assassination games on nerfgun.co.uk
