Does Amazon have a support number?

So I'm trying to use an amazon gift card that I got. I entered in the code and now my account has $25 on it, great. But whenever I try to checkout under the 'select a payment method' page it won't let me hit continue saying I have to enter my payment information in order to continue. I tried re-entering the gift card code on this page under 'gift cards and promotional codes but it just reads it as invalid. I do not have a credit card imbedded on here. Is that it? But why would I need a credit card if I'm not using it?

Anyway, if you don't know do you know if Amazon has a support number I can call to help me with this?
