Even though you are using Chrome, you should also clean up Internet Explorer.

Open Internet Explorer
Left Click on Tools
Left Click on Internet options
Make sure you are in the General Tab
Left Click on Delete in the Browsing history section
Make sure all boxes are checked (You can leave Preserve Favorites website data unchecked)
Left Click on Delete

Once it is finished, close Internet Explorer.

Also when a pop-up occurs, record the title of the pop-up and any other information about the pop-up.

Do a search on your computer for that information and remove any associated files for the pop-up.

Do a Google search on the pop-up information as follows:

Pop-up info remove

Often there will be instructions how to remove each pop-up manually.

Prevent these problems:

Only go on safe websites.

Keep your Operating System, Programs/Applications(Apps), anti-threat software updated.

Remember. if you download and install an infected application, you have already told you anti-threat software that it is OK to install it so the anti-threat software will ignore it unless one of its files starts increasing in size unnaturally.

Running you anti-threat software manually to do a full scan often will warn of such threats in software you OK,d.

If you are use Mozilla Firefox then you can uninstall the Mozilla Firefox web browser. After that download the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. Then install the new Firefox.

If your problem will not solved then i think your computer was virus effected. So, you can download Enetfix Antivirus. To get Enetfix antivirus click on this link : http://goo.gl/szPV87

Call your Internet Service Provider.
Try Ethernet instead of wireless.
Go on Speedtest.net to see your broadband speed.
