Why is more advisable 20mbps for $130 or 50mbps for $190?
I have a 3-storey house routers' in the 2nd floor.
Yeah, Internet prices in my country is totally rip-off,
I download movies every once in a while...

Those prices are hugely expensive compared to what I've seen from Comcast & Verizon.

Post your needs, do you stream/download lota movies?

AFAIK, 20 should do for hi bandwidth needs.
