Why can't I watch videos on Facebook?

Lately, Facebook nofication keep popping up say "Unable to play video. Check your internet connection and try again" the thing is, I'm on WiFi (full bars mind you). So, when I turned off my Airplane Mode and try it again, the same nofication pops up. It is Facebook that is acting up or is it my phone itself?

Is it Happening on Other Sites to Like Youtube ? Or is it Just Facebook If its Just Facebook Than it May Be a Technical Problem With Facebook in That Case you Cant Fix it the Facebook Team has to Fix it
