Single Use Redemption code Download site.?

Hi,

I am looking for a a file hosting website like mega, mediafire or rapidshare.
A friend of mine is having a EP release however CD's will not be produced in time so i had the idea to create single use redemptions codes which could be bought at the release and then used to receive a Digital Version of the CD. Sadly i haven't been able to find a solution as of yet which is why i turn to the lovely people of the Internet.
Does anyone know of a service provider like this.
If you have any Solution please let me know, all help is welcome.

You will need to create a web site for that person, and then make the download available on that site. It will need a mysql database to control users and site security. Then php to manipulate that data and read it back to create the html according to users and their requests. You then need to set up a subscription to a payment gateway to collect the money. That will need to be linked to a bank account. ad you need to write pages to handle successful or declined transactions. You need to then register a domain anme for them and find a hosting site to put the web pages on.
