Magnified desktop/browser?

I know for a fact that I didn't click anything on the personalization screen or something because it was fine until I downloaded a game (SWTOR).
The game is developed by Bioware/EA, so I figured it was safe, thus I don't think its a virus. The game never finished downloading because it kept getting stuck and it was taking an hour to get past 1%, so I just gave up entirely on the game.

Anyway, after I got through the first part of the installation, my desktop, browsers, everything, is magnified and you'd think I was blind if you saw it.

I've already tried going to personalization, the alt +/-, all of that useless crap that doesn't work for something that wasn't caused by that.

Also, if it's the game's fault, how can I uninstall it?

try Ctrl+ Scroll.. Check your screen resolution as well, may be you switched to a lower resolution.
