internet explorer is not letting me on line but fire fox or crome will?

Stop using Internet Explorer. It is riddled with problems. Use Firefox and/or Google Chrome and life will be good.
If you insist on trying to use Internet Explorer than make sure you download and try to use the most current release. That is Internet Explorer 11. You can log on to Microsofts website at http://www.microsoft.com and get it free.

Try resetting Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab, and at the bottom click the Reset button.
