I don't have enough 'points' to ask a question. (Level 7 - Over 26,000 points. Over 1,500 best.) ?

And I found that the 'new' fromat is once again too rigid to be able to be with the 'group'. Took a while to link to Performing Arts, only through a previous question on my history list.

Limits the interactions and replies. Too much like a tax form. And reminds me of what was tried last year or so. Stupid.

I think I will find another morning routine.

I will hope there are some 'answers' from the rest of you, I will try and get back to read them after getting use to the 'new' process.

Didn't realize I had such a 'following' of groupies. Too much looking like a social media website than a more serious lesson planner.

Anyway... Thanks Danny, and it is great to have such routines (I like B.C.), especially at our (cough... choke... snort!) age. I enjoy my morning coffee, the radio and looking out at my back yard... all winter (YAWN ).

Yeah, and my (today's) QA came in as a day earlier, and my BA was reduced as well. Who's running this outfit anyways?

The "points" thing MUST be a temporary glitch.
But I do so agree about doing away with the interactions. I don't care if a particular person rated my answer.
And it's months since I've been able to get to "Words and Wordplay" other than by clicking on Educn and Reference and scrolling down for something that IS "W and W".

I wish they'd leave well alone.

Harry, I suspect the site is being "improved" or something's being messed with. Everything's loading slow (including me) this morning. Given that you are a ridiculously kind and thoughtful person, I cannot imagine YA deciding to whack you for anything - and so I would be more than willing to support you against any misguided effort to take you down. You have a lot of friends out here. Please update as things shake out!

One of my morning routine things is cruising through comics, including "Shoe". The "Professor" is sitting at his news desk, typing away on his PC, when the "Wiz", the local IT guru, stops by, asking "Everything OK?" Professor says "It's running great!" Wiz: "Time for an Upgrade!"

PS: On posting this, it gets noted as posted "one day ago". The flux capacitor definitely needs a little work...

PPS: Then I see where my "normal" 33% BA level has dropped to 25% at "home". Feeling like Mr. Bill, "Ohhhhhhhhhhh Noooooooooooooo!"

I got an notice in my email from Yahoo a day or two ago. It seems that YES, they are adjusting the site again.
No longer can Best answers be chosen by "Voters" Only the asker can give a Best answer. And the "reference" or closed questions with no BA will simply have the answers listed or order from the most Thumbs up on down,. and that contributors WOULD see a decline in BA percentage.

I got a BA by voters just today, so I guess it's still in flux. Oh and my BA % has gone from right around 50% to 33% too.

Which is annoying. but I guess it makes it more "legitimate" that the asker only can choose. However, a lot of times the question is forgotten and nobody bothers to choose.

I think they keep doing this stuff to us to make the pages more tablet and smartphone friendly. Dumbasses

I'd hate to see you go Harry. You are one of the good ones we all know and love.

Went to entertainment and Music yesterday and it was in Chinese or whatever, needless to say I couldn't read it, Kinda figured there having issues again.
