The second one is powerful but do not stop there, also make sure that the category of your post has your keyword and lastly embed a video that has your keywords in its title and make the title of the video H2 on your post....this is a deadly combination, you will rank effortlessly without building a single backlink to your post. I think you should go for the later one, cause ofeten time your category may not include your keyword though your post may suit in that category.
