Best place to sell/trade in a gift card?

I have a target gift card, but I don't usually shop at target, is there a good place that I can sell/trade the gift card in and get cash back? preferably to Paypal.

I used to use PlasticJungle.com but they no longer give out checks. I would suggest trying Gift Card Granny. BUT I have never personally used them.

There are several companies that buy, sell or trade gift cards. Some will pay more for a specific card than others and some will pay via PayPal and others don't. It would be simpler to go to Target and pick out something you know you will use - socks, underwear, shampoo, deodorant, bread, potato chips, etc.
