What is the secret to increasing WWE's ratings?

Not sure how to really if they aren't careful Raw will wind up being like Nitro or how WWE was at the very beginning of the PG Era, with only three guys in the main event. Randy, Cena, & Triple H. They need to take on thing and one thing from the attitude era only to boast itself a large talent pool. I am not sure if increasing the violence would help being it would help it but the injuries to the new guys would be at the top of the concern. As a PG system WWE still can be great as a PG show, but because the writers change who to push who to fire who to keep on a weekly basis they have no clue what to do. Making inside references not using the talent in the back has played a big part in the downfall in viewership.
