It looks like it is MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) aka ....a pyramid scheme.

To get paid, you must sell products and recruit others to do the same.

So....technically, it is legit but you still probably won't make any money.

Products sold via MLM tend to be rather expensive. This makes the products tough to sell and it makes it tough to recruit others.
