When I write post on any facebook page, is this post will appear on newsfeeds of all my friends?

or just it will appear to my friends who liked this page only and is there any way to write private post to public page on facebook like asking its admin question I do not want anyone else to see ?

It is based on the audience of that post. If the post is public then post will appear on newsfeeds of all your friends. You can message to admin of that page.
