The REALLY important thing is NEVER to diet

Cos diets ALWAYS come to an end, and after they end unless you continue to eat heathly you will just gain the weight again
The thing to grasp is that you MUST be happy with whatever food and portions cause you to lose weight cos, THIS is how you will eat for the rest of your life.
