Me and friends run a website and we wanted to know if there is a system that allows somebody who has a problem to do a direct call to somebody in the team. Okay more technical:

Me and friends run a Virtual Airline for flight simulators and we want to open a system on our website that allows a client to contact an operator in our Airline. So say like some guy needs help with locating a certain point on the website but he is new so he see's a contact button or number that direct calls to the VA Operator so it starts to call and an operator answers with say like "Hello this is the operator, how can I help you?" So with your knowledge what is best just use skype or do you have a link to a system?

To avail those options you have to spend some money to those functionalities. The best option i want to suggest you is "chat with us". If the visitor have any problem, he will text the operator and the will operator will guide the visitor according to the query. This is the best option and easy option in my view.
