Can you disable the internet and still not be charged?
I can get a iPhone and my parents will be fine with it, but only if the internet browsing is disabled and I won't be charged.

If it's under contract ...you have to buy data. Even if you disabled internet, you'd still pay.

The iPhone is fairly useless if it isn't connected to the internet. How would you get apps for one thing and without apps why have the phone. If you want to talk and text get a tracphone a whole lot cheaper.
