browser download stuck at 100%?

browser download stuck at 100%?

this happened with both google chrome and firefox.
The download works perfectly until the end where it's still downloading however at 0 b/sec.

I see your problem. You need to install .rar file on your pc. Thats why your download is messing up and/or stopping at 100%. Go find and download .rar file, if that doesn't work, then I'm sorry for wasting your time. Maybe your downloads speed is below average, check your internet connection. Then try again.
