Why can't i upload photos to my ebay listing?

I'm using the same computer i've used to upload photos in the past with the same internet program, firefox. Nothing has changed.

When i try to upload photos it displays the option to upload photos from my computer or from my mobile device and when i click "upload from computer" nothing happens it just highlights the words "upload from computer" but when i click on "upload from mobile device" it works fine and sends a message to my phone to upload photos.

Why can't i upload photos from my computer?

Me too.
I spoke to Ebay support by phone and all they would tell me was that this was a known issue affecting others, but I haven't seen an official announcement anywhere - it's such a colossal screwup you'd think they'd say *something*.

but,If you are using Safari 5 or Internet Explorer 9, 8 or 7, use Adobe Flash for the best performance when using the photo uploader. You can download the latest version of Flash from the Adobe website.

If you have Adobe Flash 10 or later installed, but the content for the photo uploader is being blocked, you can try adjusting the settings of third-party software such as security suites or ad blockers so that they allow Flash content to load on eBay. Please refer to the help files for your software for more information.
