Why is everything a link? & More?

This sounds stupid, but whenever I go onto a page (any page-- could be tumblr, facebook, anything) random words show up as an orange link. I hover over them and it's some recommendation or some shit. How do I get rid of this?

Another thing-- sometimes, randomly, a new tab will open in my browser to display an ad, or just a blank page. Do I have a virus or something?
I have an ad-blocker, and it works great. But these things still pop up?

You need to download and run Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org

Also, if you use Chrome or Firefox, you need to go into your extension/addon settings and get rid of stuff you don't recognize.
