How do you make the fan pages on Facebook?

Hi! I was wondering how you make those pages where you can be fans of something. Like being a fan of like skinny jeans or something. You know what i mean? Just wondering for future reference.

To creat a fan page sign out from facebook ,
then under the sign up button you will see "Create a Page for a celebrity, band or business."

Step 1
Log in to Facebook. Go to http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php. Or, if you are already a fan of a page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Create a Page for My Business.”
Step 2
Choose the category and subcategory for the fan page and name the page. Read the guidelines, check the box “I am authorized to create this Page,” type in your name, and click “Create Page.”
Step 3
Edit the information about the fan page by clicking “Edit information” on the right.
Step 4
Add a photo by moving the cursor over the question mark in the blue box on the left. Click on “Change picture,” which will appear in the upper right corner.
Step 5
Click “Become a Fan” at the top. The menu under your photo will now have more options. Your tabs will also include photos and discussions. To add other tabs, such as videos or events, click the + sign on the tab bar. Under the wall tab, click “Settings” on the right to change the viewer settings.
Step 6
Publish the page to your profile and friends' home page by clicking “Share +” at the bottom of the page. Now go to the menu under the photo and invite your friends to become fans.
