How Can I Get Rid of Adobe Flashplayer constantly Crashing on Firefox?

There are things that I can't do on any other browser except firefox. Yesterday, flashplayer crashed. And from that time on, whenever I visit any page on firefox, it crashes again. So I basically can not play online games or watch videos (the videos I watch are ususally putlocker, and they need flashplayer of course) on firefox anymore. I tried resetting firefox and restarting it, but it didn't work. Any clue about what to do? Thanks.
I have the latest update of Flash Player
I also tried clearing all my browsing history, and I have the latest firefox update.

Try to clean your browsing history by using a program like Ccleaner.Then update the firefox and flash player. I think then the problem will solve.

try to update your adobe plash player. If you are using chrome then they will automatically updated.
