Haven't received concert tickets yet and concert is next week?

I bought a concert ticket off of Stubhub for a concert in New York City back in November. I got their Fan Protect Guarantee or whatever with a confirmation email saying that my tickets should be here by March 28th. My concert is March 30th and I have to fly to NYC on March 29th. I'm getting really nervous that this ticket isn't going to come in time, especially since all my friends are going and I can't cancel my flight.

Should I call Stubhub and explain my situation? Can I get my ticket shipping bumped up early?
