Please, internet keeps shutting down every so often?

My modem keeps shutting down and idk if it's my laptop or my modem fault. I've uninstalled norton and scan my laptop. This is really really annoying, ISP said there's no problem with them. It's just my laptop who get this problem, my dad's and brother's are working perfectly fine. If it does connect, it will last maybe for only 1 hour max. Please someone help me
