How do I Talk to my friend about a problem?

I have this good friend who I can trust to talk about things - but usually she's around someone else, she's more used to it. I'm Autistic and have social anxiety, I get really paranoid when I'm around a group of people. I deleted my social media accounts because of bullying and it's honestly pretty creepy to make an account for talking to one person. Can you please tell me how I can get her attention? I want to be around her at lunch time, and I know she would want to talk to me too.

Note: I am a boy, and this is an opposite sex friendship.
