They should have automatically sent it out to you if your have only just made the claim or renewed then give it a week or so and it should come if not call there customer service team and inquire about it, but if you took out the claim before the free give away started then you are not untitled to a free meerkat

I have Vassaly, You will start to receive emails from Meerkat land and very funny they are too. They will tell you where your Meerkat is and how long it will take to get to the UK. Mine took about 3 weeks. Worth the wait.
