Is this bad? If so how do I fix it?
Ok so I got this email through my Samsung Galaxy S3 and opened it. It was claiming to be from Banks of America (I don't use this bank since I use Arvest), and said something about me moving like 18 million dollars. It then told me that I needed to answer questions including full name and bank account. My mom then told me I shouldn't have opened it cause they can get my information. How can I fix this?
P.S. I don't have my real name listed on my email.

There's nothing to worry about as long as you didn't reply with any info, if you just looked at the email that's fine. Just delete it and everything will be ok.

If you just opened the email but didn't give them any information or reply it's probably fine. If you clicked an actual link from a bank you didn't recognize in an email scam that is so widely known and gave them any information at all - you should probably go to a doctor to check for brain damage. I would run a very up-to-date anti-malware scan to see if it picks up anything malicious.

It's a scam. Someone trying to steal your personal
information. I just delete email of that kind. Just never
give them any personal information, and you will be
fine. Best idea is, never open the email. Just delete it.
