An ESA is only a pet. You can't have it in pet free rentals and you can't take it in stores and other public places and it can't wear a vest. Its just a pet

Since an ESA is just a pet you can't have it registered. And LL's don't have ot allow ESA is they don't want pets in their rentals so whining that is an ESA will not make the LL allow your dog

Pretty obvious you are just another person looking to scam the system so you can haul your dog around in public and keep it in pet free rentals
