Help! i need help on ebay! please help!?
Okay, so i brought ghd straightners on the 19th march and we got a email confirming the payment and all and we also paid extra for first class so it should have arrived between 1-2 days..Anyway, Its been a week and we got a email from the seller saying it was sent to the wrong email and asked us to cancel the payment..how on earth do we cancel a payment thats already paid or how can we get our money back? Thanks x

Send the seller a message asking for a refund of your payment and see how he/she responds. If it's in the negative have a look at this help page from Ebay and follow the link to open a claim. Once you have asked for a refund explaining that your payment has already gone through they should issue you a refund anyway if they have sent it to the wrong address. good luck anyway

Hi,
Actually the seller is responsible of this case. Because seller done mistake so he need to refund the money. I think you done payment through Paypal right. If you done payment through Paypal. Open item not received case against seller in eBay. most of the times Paypal will give refund. But again it's depends. and always do communicate the seller through eBay messenger only so that eBay can also track your conversations. so if you done conversation through eBay messenger open item not received case in eBay. defiantly seller will give refund or Paypal will give you refund.
from you side you can't able to cancel the payment. First ask payment refund again from seller after that open a case in eBay.
