People like you are the reason infections sread as rapidly as the do. Not only couls your machine have been sending out personal details including banking and credit card details for months and you would not knpw, you could also be infecting thousands of other peoples machines. Anyone who is that selfish should not be allowed on the Internet. Get a good active anti-virus NOW or stop using the Internet.

Bad viruses can send your passwords to the person who infected your computer. With passwords to your email or anything they can do whatever they want.

Now that is very uncommon but yes people can get access to your accounts.
