First of all it is not "dinamic", it is "dynamic"

Yes, many people do this even me, use the "Apache" server on the Host Machine. It is available for both Windows and Linux. You can find out more about Apache on their official website - http://httpd.apache.org/

If you are new to servers, then you can also use "Abyss Web Server" on the Host Machine. Read more about it on their official website - http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/

I think Abyss is easy to use.

Then you have to forward port to the internal IP of host Computer. Also, you have to edit DMZ host to forward to host computer's internal IP address. You can do forwarding steps in router's page. eg:-192.168.1.1

If you have dynamic IP address which keeps on changing then use "no-ip" DNS to get your domain name. They offer free and paid services. You can read about it on their official website - http://www.noip.com/

Finally, you will get a domain name which you can use to access your work PC from your home.
Remember, these steps are not so easy, not so hard. You have to read their steps on the internet because I cannot explain all steps involves in it.
