Futureshop Online Shopping?

Hello,

I recently made a purchase on Future Shop during their boxing day sales. I have never ordered things online for boxing day so I'm a little new to this. However I do order off the internet all of the time. Anyway, I haven't received any information about my order besides the confirmation e-mail with the order number. I've checked every day since and it still says the item is in process. Is it normal for the item to take longer than six business days to process? I have contacted customer service just before posting this, but I was wondering what the internet had to say to maybe get my mind off it. The whole situation is really annoying since I'm eager for my purchase!

Had this problem myself just 2 months ago. 3 times in a row, actually. I still don't have my products!

They apparently didn't have any of my ordered product anymore and were "Trying to get it for me".

In the end this means I never got anything untill I finally got my money back. So yeah, it was just sold out. Otherwise it shouldn't take more than 1 workday. If they have any kind of guarantee that they will send the product within a specific time or anything you could definitely use that to get your money back or get a special deal. Just get mad
