Should I delete my current Adwords account and Google+ account and start from scratch?
I'm launching a website now that I intend on taking seriously. However, over the last year I have been "experimenting" with various sites in order to get experience and see what worked etc.

The problem is I'm not concerned that all the experimenting could have make Google think I am just an amature who is hassle - I experimented with black hat etc.

Now that I have that behind me, might there still be a chance that my current Google+/Adwords account could be marked as trouble or something?

10 points for help thanks.

Google makes it very difficult to get a new account regardless of whether they banned the previous account or you canceled it.

I would erase any remaining remnants of blackhat methods and continue with the established account.

You may find you need a new identity and address to get a new account in any case.

Was your your account ever banned or canceled? If not, then keep with the account and just manage it properly. Google places history over mistakes. So as long as you are applying, "best practices" you will be fine.

If you were banned or your AdWords account cancelled, then setting up a new account might be your best option (it is actually pretty easy) but know that chances are good that Google will still recognize that it is you and that the accounts were created by the same person.

Yes just delete yoru current Adwords and start afresh with a new account as Google are very fussy about the sort of situation you have been creating and they will ban you as soon as they find out.
