Sir I had been using internet on my mobile and on my desktop and laptop using a dongle, for the last ten years or so. I used services from all service providers. I feel BSNL is cheaper but slower, now at Rs.140 for 1.1 GB to be used within one month.
My earlier experiences with private mobile operators were not good.
