You can look up default passwords for routers online. http://portforward.com/default_username_password/
Depending upon the type of router, you may be able to reset the router to factory settings, so that the password will reset to the default. http://kb.linksys.com/Linksys/GetArticle...onverted=0 If the password is not the default, you will have a very difficult time hacking it. Ads |

On most routers if you have physical access which in your case you do then, there should be a procedure to manually reset to factory default setting depending on make and model. Shouldn't be to hard to get the User Manual and go ahead and do that hope that helps.
