I have created a new facebook account with my new email and i want delete my the other one

You can't Delete Facebook only Deactivate it. It will always be there.

If you have the password for the old Facebook account just click below

https://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account

If you don't have the account just click Report and/or Block This Person and then This Is My Old Profile and then click close this account and confirm.
