My skype isn't working ?

I try to click on skype on my laptop to go on it and a little thing comes up saying "another instance of skype is already running. Please choose another instances of skype before launching skype portable."
So what can i do ? , please its really annoying me ?

If you haven't tried restart your computer. If that doesn't work then do ctrl+alt+delete and use task manager to shut Skype off.

I believe this can be fixed by opening task manager and closing the process. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete (or just Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and select start task manager. Click on "skype" then press "end task." If there's more than one instance open close it too. After that start skype again and it should work.

Take it off your pc and then put Skype back on again.
