Millions of people.

Its fast, usable, and secured...

But there are not so many extensions around for it, and Its the worst browser with consuming memory. but It will evolve with time, for now I'm using Opera 10.

In my experience it's lighter on resources and comparable in security to firefox but highly lacking in features/customization/plugins etc.. I use it only for debugging things.

Deff bro I'm using it right now. It's fast, lightweight, and it does everything firefox and IE does (except all the add ons).

Other people rate it highly, for me it's ugly and nothing special.
I rely heavily on browsers being efficient and fast and despite it's drawbacks ie7 was one of the most useful along with firefox.
If you're building websites on a daily basis you need a good selection of browsers to compare your sites in.
The best browser i have used is this one:
http://www.makeyourownbrowser.com/

It's totally spy free, bug free and free free! And it's fast and convenient, plus you can call it what you want, design it anyway you like and even give it away to others.
