My Twitter got Hacked!!!!?

I was on my ipad and clicked a link my friend sent me who was hacked. after clicking it my account spammed some tweets with the same link. I changed my email and password but is my ipad hacked now? what is going on???? PLS HELP

Your iPad can't be hacked, the way the OS is developed prevents that aside if you have it jailbroken, each app is sandboxed. If you changed your password and email you should be fine. Otherwise, contact twitter and let them know.
