Google Chrome app that blocks websites to help you manage time?

I remember having a google chrome application that blocked specific websites for a certain amount of time so you could get your work done without procrastinating

I was wondering if anyone remembered it? I couldn't find it anywhere. Would also appreciate any application suggestions that does similar things.

All the systems are simply about slowing the user down long enough to realize what they are doing. The best way is probably to try multiple system and see which one is personally more effective for you.
