Why is my internet so slow all of a sudden?

Here is what I have tried:

1. Restarting my computer (Several Times)

2. Removing all of my browser plugins (I'm using google chrome)

3. Scanning for a virus (Found one and removed it but that didn't work)

All other devices in my house are running just fine but my internet is so slow that I can't even stream a simple video. Here are my results from a Speed Test I ran: http://www.speedtest.net/result/3364474036.png

You may need to update your browser. Look online to see if there is an updated version.

Also, you may want to call your Internet Service Provider.

Download malwarebytes, you may have spyware and that is something that virus protection programs will not always find.

Depends on if you're WiFi or Ethernet. Your download is surprisingly low for such a high upload speed. Call your service provider and request a technical support agent. Ultimately, if you're on WiFi check how many devices are connected to your WiFi. Each individual device uses a percentage of your download speed. If you're Ethernet, try a different cable.
