Erinnerst du dich an das? or
Erinnerst Du Dich daran?

In German we often have a variety of expressions and words.
So both sentences you mentioned are possible. Especially in colloquial speech. In written speech or in a novel, people would prefer "daran". I would prefer Erinnerst du dich daran?

By the way, only in a letter or E-Mail it is polite to write du and dich with a capital letter.
