Keeo refresh your winning auction until grey orange page comes out.

type in address by add address or choose any green tick address (nobody typed before u)

then after you got verified address, click long orange bar "send shipping details" and get the address and click the circle, then click orange long strip to send to seller

there will be a GOT IT (better click for 5 days after when seller send item to receiver.) click immediately after you typed address and even click too frequent can cause both buyer and seller in suspension.
