when is it a good time to start dating?
so iv been in a relationship for a little over a year, we recently broke up because he and his family are total assholes.., anyways its been about a month, and i have been asked on a couple dates iv turned them down and explain why... since my break up i have nor heard or seen my ex and im afraid if i do start dating people will talk or he will get psycho and hit him or even me (sad to say)... i feel like im always looking over my shoulder when a guy friend is talking to me or seen with me in public.. anywhoo, how long should i wait because i dont want for it to be a bad look for me to jump to the next one too fast... ever since we broke up there are ridiculous amount of guys at work, on social media etc trying date... i was just asked to dinner by a guy at work but i dont know if it is too soon.. i dont want to make a bad 1st impression by dating so quickly? any suggestions
fyi: im 26 going on 27 no kids, independent and not that bad looking lol i dont want to keep waiting and waisting time w/ the wrong guy and expected to take more time to date again.. Ads |

If you are 26 and know you definitely aren't going to get back with your ex then go for it. You aren't tied down now, you can do what you want. There's no point waiting because you feel like you should. If you want to date now, do it.
